Mayor declares January 8 as Kyle Hicks' Day
Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer declared January 8 as Kyle Hicks' Day in honor of Kyle’s 18th birthday. The City proclamation honored Hicks’ spirit and the efforts to raise money to pay for Hicks’ much-needed bone marrow transplant. January 8 is also Don Your Denims for Kyle day, where people across the city can donate $3 and wear jeans to work to support the fundraiser. [1/7]
 
Colvin and Jardine students receive gifts from Boeing
Every student at Colvin and Jardine received a clothing gift for the holidays, thanks to a donation from Boeing. [12/19]
